1. What We Collect
Account details (name, email, organization), the business data you place in your vault (people, properties, documents and agreements), and technical metadata (logins, usage events) needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How We Use It
Only to operate the platform: storing and serving your documents, generating agreements, sending transactional email (trial, renewal and security notices), and improving reliability. We do not sell your data, show advertising inside your workspace, or use your documents to train models.
3. Who We Share It With
A small set of processors who help us run the service — cloud hosting, object storage and transactional email — each bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
4. Retention & Deletion
Your data stays yours for as long as your account is active. Deleted documents move to your recycle bin and can be purged by you at any time. If you close your account, we delete remaining data within a reasonable window, except where law requires retention.
5. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access, correct or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Email admin@digiprovault.com and we will act on verified requests promptly.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
