Admins, managers and viewers each see exactly what they should. Passwords are stored as strong one-way hashes — never readable, even by us.

Your vault is backed up automatically, so an accidental deletion or a failed laptop never means lost records.
Documents live on managed object storage with signed, time-limited access URLs — files are never exposed publicly.

Our Commitment
Access to production data is restricted to a small, named operations team and granted only when needed to resolve an issue you've raised. We never sell, rent or mine your data, and we never share it with advertisers. When you delete a document, it moves to your recycle bin under your control — permanent deletion is your decision, not ours.
