The rules of the vault.

DigiProVault provides property, stakeholder and document management, document generation, bulk import and reporting tools ("the Service") to real estate businesses. The Service is provided by DigiProVault Technologies Pvt Ltd.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping credentials confidential, and for everything that happens under your account. You must be authorized to represent the organization you register.

New organizations receive a free trial as described on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen duration. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. On expiry, workspaces become read-only until renewed; your data is retained and remains downloadable.

You may not use the Service to store unlawful content, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or misrepresent your identity. Curated Network listings are subject to review and may be declined or removed at our discretion.

You retain all rights to the data and documents you upload. We claim no ownership over them. The platform itself — code, design and branding — remains the property of DigiProVault Technologies Pvt Ltd.

The Service is provided "as is" with commercially reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: admin@digiprovault.com.
